Is there anything better than hanging out with Daddy?

I know this is like the 100th post about hanging out with Daddy, but the cuteness factor requires that I post these pics. Poopie and Goosey always want to be right on top of him when he walks in the door. Andi & Miguel immediately start showing him everything they have done all day, ask him one million questions and want to be around him. Now, I know I am not good at checking homework. After all, Eric IS the teacher of the family so we might as well get our monies worth... but geez! Am I nothing at all? Aren't I cool too? lol :)

This kid is talented!

Miguel is like a super genius when it comes to building things. For Christmas we got him a "build - yourself" roller coaster that he finished in less than one hour. the other day he was playing in the playroom and when Eric went to check on him he had built this creation. He builds bridges, buildings that can reach the ceiling, you name it, he can do it. :) Yep, this was a brag post. :)

Pinata time!

2 years ago today, our sweet Goosey Girl entered this world...

How can this be? I remember meeting her for the first time. She was only two hours old. We didn't get to hold her until she was two days old. I ached to pick her up as I watched her in her little nursery bed. Has it already been two years? It feels like yesterday. This baby girl as been a blessing and a half to our family. Her smile lights up the darkest room. Her laugh fills the house. When she screams her demands, it's like music to our ears. lol Goosey loves to sing. She sings ALL the time. Her favorite cartoons are SpongeBob, Dora, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. She will have a Minnie Mouse birthday party tomorrow. :) Goosey LOVES to cuddle. She is obsessed with tags (especially the ones on clothes) and will carry them around all day and needs to cuddle with a tag if she is tired. She loves ALL things girl. I can see by the way she takes care of her babies that she is very maternal. Daddy is her hero to end all heros. She will love on me all day until Daddy gets home and then I can take a long walk off a short pier as far as she's concerned. :) We love you so much Goosey Girl!

Kaleb's 5th Birthday (the actual day before the big party...)

We celebrated Poopie's bday with a little dinner and by watching the Super Bowl. :) His actual birthday party had to be rescheduled due to weather so we still wanted to do something to mark is special day. We invited the Carlsons which Kaleb was extra excited about since Aaron is Kaleb's BFF. :)
