Our Yankee Doodle Dandy...

Kaleb had his first ever official Baseball game today. He played the pitcher position for most of the game and didn't let a ball get by him. :) I was sooo proud. When we got to the game, we found out that his coach wanted Eric as one of the assistant coaches so it's extra special that Daddy gets play such a big roll in his first year. :) All the parents were very nice and we really like the team. It was hard to say "Go Yankees!" but it was for my son so I forced myself. :) We did take pics in front of our Angels blanket as soon as we got home. lol

Easter Bunny

Our neighborhood Easter Egg hunt was this morning. We thought we would make it because it didn't start until 10:30am and Kaleb's game ended well before that, but when we got there they had started early for no apparent reason so many kids missed out. We go every year and every year the same un-organized people are running the show. It is VERY annoying so maybe this was our last year and in the future we will just do one for our street. Anyway, not all was lost... The kids got to get their pic taken with the Easter Bunny.

Downtown History

To celebrate Kaleb's first ever baseball game, we went out to lunch to a great little place located in our local downtown. It was a great little place with awesome ambiance. The tablecloths were newspaper articles, there was a second story and lights everywhere. The best part was the low price. :)

My BIG boy!

Poopie got his first ever baseball uniform yesterday. His first game is this Saturday. I CAN'T believe this phase of life is already here! Isn't he the cutest thing ever????!!!! :) Now, I would like to make a disclaimer that we do NOT like the Yankees. We are an Angels Baseball family but we are FORCED to accept whatever team he is on. :) Thank you.

Crack up

Angelina LOVES her big sissy Andi.
Andi is one of the few people on earth that can get the baby to laugh. :)

Happiness is...

Happy Birthday Sweet Grammie

I ache for you. I miss you so much. All I can hope for is that you are happy in Heaven on this day and everyday. I love you forever...
Below: Grammie on her actual birthday 30 years ago today. She always used to let me blow out her candles. :) I also got to open her gifts and a few for me. :)

Out to eat

To end our Spring Break, we took the kids out to eat which we rarely ever do. We had some coupons for free kids meals to a great Tex-Mex place that has an awesome Texas atmosphere. The kids had fun and we enjoyed being out as a family. I particularly enjoyed our family of 6 eating out for only $40! :) We have Andi and Miguel to thank for that because Miguel got his coupon from school for good grades and Andi got hers for perfect attendance.

Big Dentist Boy

Kaleb loves to go tot he doctor and dentist. We are VERY lucky that all our kids that enjoy that kind of thing. We are happy to report that the dentist was VERY impressed with Poopie's teeth. No cavities and his teeth look great. :) He was VERY excited to get his free tooth brush and bag of toys for being good.

Spring Break Fun

A few days after Daddy was finished with the garage, the weather was beautiful so we took advantage of that time to play outside...

Men at Work

Today our neighbor/friend Jeeves (Aka: Kent) came over to help Eric put in some shelves in our garage. Thanks Kent!! Afterwards, Eric cleaned, stacked and hammered his way to a VERY good looking garage. :)
