Yesterday I had my gallbladder removed. I was able to come home today. :) Last night Eric brought the kids to visit me. Sorry, I have no make-up on. :)

Feelin' good - weight loss surgery update

I have lost a total of 112 pounds since last October and I am feeling great. I lost 50 lbs on my own before surgery then 62 lbs since my weight loss surgery 5 months ago. The pic above was taken the night before surgery because I don't really have any pics at my heaviest since I would hide from the camera. :) Tomorrow I have to have another surgery to remove my gallbladder. Hopefully that will go smoothly. Thanks for caring!

Ms. Mary

This summer one of Kaleb's preschool teachers from last year suddenly had a brain hemorrhage. From that they discovered she had a huge brain tumor. Luckily, they were able to remove the tumor in a 20 hour long surgery. Yesterday Kaleb and I brought dinner to her family and then visited her in the hospital. We are so happy she is doing well and pray for her continued recovery.

Band

On Saturday night Andi was able to attend an all day "band camp" where they learned new regional music, had pizza and an ice cream party. Hard to believe she is already in 7th grade.

First school assembly :)

I LOVE our elementary school. Every Friday morning they have an all-school assembly where they recognize birthdays, hand out awards and do a dance. :) (It's called "Good Morning Mooneyham.") This year the dance is a country line dance being taught by teachers in cowboy hats on stage. In case you didn't realize after the assembly that you are in Texas, everyday after school the speakers play "Happy Trails to You." I LOVE Texas. :)
Every morning the kids have to line up in the cafeteria before going to class so since I was there early for the assembly I was able to capture a few pics of Kaleb's morning routine. :) Soooo cute. Luckily, he is not yet embarrassed by my obsession with pictures. lol

Below: ready for his first assembly, school spirit shirt included! :)
Below: heading off to class before the assembly.Below: this is the ENTIRE school and they are all so well behaved!

It's official. Miguel is in Jr. High! ID card and all. :)

Look out world. :)

Potty Time :)

A few days ago Goosey sat on her potty and I went to the kitchen to start dinner. About 5 minutes later I noticed that I didn't hear her singing or talking which is odd so I went to check on her and found this... :) Each time the flash went off on my camera she changed positions. lol Poor tired baby. This is what skipping a nap does to our little girl. :)
Looks like a milk hangover. :)

Poopie's 1st day of kindergarten

Today was the day. My baby started kindergarten. When I walked him in his classroom and was hugging him goodbye, he puched his head against me and started to softly cry. I asked him what was wrong and he said he didn't color that good. :) I think it was just a case of jitters. :) By the time I picked him up he was all smiles and it was my turn to cry because I was so happy to see him. :)
After I dropped off Kaleb in his class I went to the "Yahoo/BooHoo" kindergarten parents breakfast. :)

Goosey was VERY excited to pick up "PeePee." The poor kids. We call him Poopie and she calls him Pee Pee. lolHere he comes!

Right after school we had to head over to the dr for a booster shot so Kaleb had a full day!Handsome brothers!

Goosey was happy to have her siblings home but she was still waiting on Daddy. Eric started a new school district and I was excited to see how his first day went. Goosey told Daddy when he got home that she cried for him today. lol Man, she knows how to pour it on thick!
