Miguel 6th grade orientation (training camp) :) & pep rally

Last Friday Miguel had a "training camp" for incoming 6th graders at the middle school. He was able to go to all of his classes, meet his teachers, find and open his locker, then the afternoon concluded with a pep rally. This is a fun way to get the kids excited about starting school later this month.
below: the choir roomI thought Eric would like this pic... :) We got to the pep rally before most people because Andi had to perform in the band so she needed to be there 30 minutes before it started. In the pic below Kaleb was "helping" Goosey smile. :) Kaleb took this pic of us. :)
The cheerleaders where practicing before the rally and not even 5 minutes after we got there Kaleb was chatting them up. lol He sure lives up to the name his preschool teacher Ms. Tabitha gave him last year... "Stud Muffin." :)div>
All the other parents and kids started coming in... the kids were on the other side from the parents so I don't have any pics of Miguel.
Goosey loved watching the cheerleaders. :)

Goosey clapped after all the cheers and band songs. :)
Below: 2 short videos of the band and cheerleaders. the band sounded GREAT for only 4 days of morning practices.
