For Christmas Pops & Nana gave us season passes including a free parking pass to the Magic Mountain in Arlington Texas. (No, we do not call it Six Flags because where we are from in Cali it is called Magic Mountain so it will ALWAYS be Magic Mountain to this Californian.) :) We were soooo excited. We wanted to use them right away but in Texas the park closes for the winter. Weird huh? The season didn't start until around May. By then we had the baby and then she got RSV so we still had not made it to the park. Then, it was so hot I was afraid my face would melt off...lol so our first time using them was on Monday for Miguel's actual birthday. I had my daycare kids so I had to stay home but Eric took Andi & Miguel. He said there were NO lines and you could walk up as many times as you wanted. Anyway, the "season" is already over but we can go to special openings about once per month until Jan and they are open on most weekends. Next month they are having season ticket appreciation day and that is right around Andi's birthday so we are all excited... :)
Below: Andi & Miguel are in the red one in the middle... for you Cali peeps, on this parachute ride you sit with your feet dangling, not stand in the cage like at Knott's.
Below: Andi rode Superman all by herself. She seems to be the daredevil of the two kids... :)
Below: this is what they saw all day... no lines!

That is such a great gift. I'm glad you were finally able to use the tickets. What a great way to celebrate Miguel's birthday (along with the party and the dinner)....to bad no one loves that kid.
Eric must have had his marching orders from you to take lots of pictures. Haha! Good job, Eric. That looks so dang fun. I agree... what an awesome gift idea!
I bet they liked going with just the "big kids." No strollers to slow them down and not so many opinions. What a fun birthday!
