Miguel had a GREAT 9th birthday. He has not had a "big" party since we got him when he turned 5 so he was due. We have a splash pad/park just doors from our house that is free to use so we had his party there. Add pizza from Costco and cheap punch and you have a party! :) My friend Andrea provided the cupcakes and the splash pad/park provided all the entertainment so we didn't need to play any games or anything like that. The party started at 11am and we didn't leave until almost 3:30pm. :)

Yaaaay! Looks like fun. I've always been so jealous of kids with summer birthdays. (My birthday, as you know, is in the dead of winter!) You're such a great mama to throw such an awesome party, and the fact that it was practically free makes it even better. :)

What a great party! By the look on Miguel's face in all of the pictures, he had a great time at this party. I'm so glad you were able to have such an affordable party and still have a lot of friends present. You need to start a feature on your blog on creative ways to do fun things with your family without breaking the bank!!!!
